About Northwest Real Estate Investors Association
Northwest REIA is a chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association. We are a non-profit 501c6 organization with the goal of providing education and networking opportunities to investors in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Bryant, Christian
Christian Bryant is the President of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association, a local chapter of the Oregon Rental Housing Association. He owns PAROA, RPM Education, and NWRPM. He also serves on the board of directors for the Oregon Rental Housing Association.

Nagel, Steve
Steve has owned A2Z Home Inspections since 1989 and has performed over 10,000 inspections. He is also past president of the Oregon Association of Home Inspectors and has served on the boards of the Oregon Real Estate Inspectors Association, Oregon Pest Control Association, and the National Association of Home Inspectors.

Metsker, Dave
Dave Metsker is a long time NWREIA member and was elected vice-president in 2022. He has moderated the Portland Roundtable for many years. Dave has owned Prime Financial Group since 1990. He is a former Realtor and mortgage broker and specializes in creative financing options for real estate investors.

Burdick, Chris
Chris Burdick is a sales executive and loan originator with Rain City Capital, a private money lender for investors. He has 25 years of experience as an investor and 16 years of experience in title and escrow sales.

Ensign, Steve
Steve Ensign has been a member of NWREIA since 2005. He is a former mortgage broker. His primary focus is on fix and flips and tax foreclosures out of state. He has been married for over 25 years to Laura. They have four grandkids. He has also run a non-profit horse and dog rescue for over 20 years.

Donni Phommany was appointed to the NWREIA Board of Directors in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, and investing. Currently, he is a Sr. Loan Originator with XPert Home Lending.

Stutzman, Tom
Tom Stutzman has been involved in real estate for over 17 years. He spent several years as a real estate broker working almost exclusively with investors while doing some fix and flip properties on his own. He has been involved in approximately 100 transactions as a buyer, seller, lender, or paid consultant. Tom's investment experience is diverse - ranging from a mobile homes he purchased for less than $1,000 to multi-million dollar mixed use commercial properties. He currently focuses on buy and hold properties in Monmouth and Independence. He has been a moderator for the Salem Round Table for 14 years.

Uffelman, Richard
Dick Uffelman spent 4 years as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Oregon State Department of Justice followed by 47 years in private law practice in the Portland area. He holds a doctorate from Willamette University College of Law and the degree of master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. His primary areas of practice in the most recent years were taxation, probate and real estate law, with special emphasis in foreclosure litigation. He bought his first real estate investment property in 1973. Although semi-retired from private practice, he sits as an appellate judge on the Warm Springs Tribal Court and continues to lead the NWREIA pre/post foreclosure group each month as he has for many years.

Sieng, Patrick
Patrick Sieng has served as the executive director for NWREIA since 2021. He owns Sieng Enterprises, a government/public affairs and management consulting firm based in Salem. He also owns Capitol Real Estate and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2013. He is a licensed mortgage loan originator with Xpert Home Lending. Patrick is a licensed private investigator and was a reserve police officer for 13 years.
