Judicial vs Non-Judicial Foreclosures in Oregon: A Case Study
Moderated by Dick Uffelman

Join us at our monthly roundtable focused on investing in real estate foreclosures. Led by foreclosure expert and attorney Dick Uffelman, learn how to find foreclosures and turn them into your next investment.

Dick Uffelman spent 4 years as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Oregon State Department of Justice followed by 47 years in private law practice in the Portland area.  He holds a doctorate from Willamette University College of Law and the degree of master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. His primary areas of practice in the most recent years were taxation, probate and real estate law, with special emphasis in foreclosure litigation.  He bought his first real estate investment property in 1973. Although retired from private practice, he sits as an appellate judge on the Warm Springs Tribal Court and continues to lead the NWREIA pre/post foreclosure group each month as he has for many years.
