Did you know that if it isn’t rotting food or obviously garbage you are required to store your tenants belongings? We will cover how to tell what is garbage and what needs to be stored as well as what forms to use and how long you have to store their belongings. We will also cover the different rules for abandoned vehicles, boats, atvs, and registered trailers.
This class qualifies for 1.5 CE hours with the Oregon Real Estate Licensing Agency. CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost. Don’t forget to select the CE Credits add-on option when registering.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can’t get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
