ABOUT CARLENE LODESKI

Carlene J. Lodeski is a Senior Sales Executive out of the Downtown office, working in Title Only and Commercial. She has worked in real estate related industries since 1982, beginning her career as Regional Secretary for Century 21 Corporate. This led to an opportunity to work for Transamerica Title as a customer service representative. In 1990, she was promoted to the position of sales executive and account manager for the Title Only Unit. This department transformed into the Title Specialist Group, where Carlene continues to work with her team today supporting financial institutions and attorneys throughout the state.

Carlene has completed continuing education presented by Land Title Institute I and II and Oregon Escrow Council levels I, I & III, being the first sales representative in Oregon to complete level III (Commercial, Agricultural & Exchange transactions).

She has been active in the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association and Oregon Bankers Association. Carlene is active in her community and supports numerous non-profits such as Community Vision and NAYA.

ABOUT DICK UFFELMAN


Dick Uffelman spent 4 years as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Oregon State Department of Justice followed by 47 years in private law practice in the Portland area.  He holds a doctorate from Willamette University College of Law and the degree of master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. 

His primary areas of practice in the most recent years were taxation, probate and real estate law, with special emphasis in foreclosure litigation.  He bought his first real estate investment property in 1973. Although retired from private practice, he sits as an appellate judge on the Warm Springs Tribal Court and continues to lead the NWREIA pre/post foreclosure group each month as he has for many years.
