In addition to our primary residence in Sherwood, my wife and I have two single family homes (in Keiser and Eugene) that we rent out. We are interested in adding another single family home or possibly a multi-family (2-10 units) in the coming years. We are also interested in learning more about hard money lending, the benefits of forming an LLC, and any advice for getting into commercial real estate.
