Northwest REIA Meetings

Northwest REIA holds approximately six or more meetings each month!  All of the meetings listed below are free to our members.  Non-members are welcome at a $10 charge per meeting.  Apply your $10 to membership privileges if you join at the event you attend.

This meeting is generally held the first Thursday of every month from 6:30 - 9 pm. We feature both national and local guest speakers who share pertinent investing information.  Register online for the next meeting from the General Meeting link on the Calendar of Events.  Doors open at 6:30 pm for networking and the program begins at approximately 7 pm.

Pre/Post Foreclosure and Legal Discussion 

We meet on the third Tuesday of each month, from 6:30 - 9 pm at Round Table Pizza: 10070 SW Barbur Blvd. Portland, OR. Hosted by Richard Uffelman, Attorney at Law. Register online for the next meeting via the Pre/Post Foreclosure and Legal Discussion.

Cashflow 101 Game Night

This meeting occurs on the Fourth Thursday of each month, 6:30 - 9 pm, at Round Table Pizza on 10150 SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy, Beaverton, OR 97005.

Deal Analysis and Discussion

This takes place on the third Thursday of each month at the Round Table Pizza, 10070 SW Barbur Blvd., Portland, OR 97219.  

Members can ask questions and other members help provide answers. Learn how to locate motivated sellers, negotiate with them, and leave with a signed contract in your hand. Much like a "round table" discussion, you get to learn and discuss at this event. This is a great way to network with your fellow investors.  Salem Round Table 

Meetings are held the second Thursday of every month, 6 - 9 pm.  Hosted by Janel Page and Tom Stutzman. 

Topics vary each month from general, deal-making discussions - to presentations on various topics - to field trips.  We also encourage networking.  Bring your business cards, questions, and deals.  Meetings are held at the Salem First Baptist Church, Room 422, 395 Marion NE, Salem OR.

NE Metro (Vancouver) Meeting

NE Metro meets on the fourth Monday of each month, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, at Round Table Pizza, 13009 NE HWY 99, Vancouver, WA 98686.     

Topics vary each month ranging from general deal making round table discussions to meetings with speakers presenting various topics of particular interest to real estate investors.  Carl Royer moderates. Register now.

Financial Freedom for Women

This meeting takes place every odd month on the second Monday of each month, 6 pm to 8 am at Beaverton Activity Center/Small Community, 12500 SW Allen Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97005. 

FFW is hosted by Limei Yang and Jenny Dong.  Register now. Men are welcome, too!

Rental Property Investing 

Mark this meeting on your calendar for the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 8 pm.

The first half hour is general Q&A. Bring your rental property-related questions or problems for some free advice. The topic in the last hour will change every month. The topic in the last hour will change every month at Round Table Pizza in West Linn. Register now.
