Come learn about a recent redevelopment project in Downtown Salem.  The property we'll analyze is an urban redevelopment project at 201 Commercial Street NE. Jennifer Martin, CCIM, who is the owner and Principal Broker at Mid-Valley Commercial Real Estate, will discuss the up-front investment analysis by the buyer of the project, the due diligence (including some hidden costs that were discovered), the risks of redevelopment, and some things to look out for that you can only learn from experience

Martin, CCIM specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation and the sale and leasing of office and retail property in the Salem/Keizer, Oregon market, as well as along Oregon's I-5 corridor from Eugene to Woodburn.  Jennifer has exclusively represented or continues to represent Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Sports Clips, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Cabela's, and Panda Restaurant Group in her region.  Before entering the commercial real estate sales industry, Jennifer served as a Vice President and Relationship Manager for West Coast Bank, financing many of Salem's most notable commercial real estate and development projects.

Meeting is located at Salem First Baptist Church, Room 422, 395 Marion St NE, Salem OR  Map it. Church parking lot is at the corner of Union and Liberty Streets.  

Food is not available at our meeting location, but folks are welcome to bring a drink or snack.
