  • Are redemption rights different with judicial versus non-judicial foreclosures?
  • Are redemption rights assignable?
  • If so, how?
  • Is it legal to sell them?
  • Can redemption rights be waived?
  • Does it matter whether you’re dealing with a residence as distinct from a commercial building?
