Housing Market Outlook & Trends for 2020 in Oregon (and SW Washington)

Oregon and Washington continue to be among the top 10 states for in-migration with Portland and

SW Washington are getting the largest percentage of this in-migration. There is not sufficient land

available to provide for long-term demand despite recent liberalized zoning restrictions.

New laws on the books provide avenues for increased multi-family construction on traditionally

single family residential zoned properties Will high housing prices offset otherwise strong demand?

How will the millennials impact these trends?
