If you can’t answer 90% of the following questions, you should plan to attend this session.

  1. Under Oregon law, what is the difference between a small estate and a regular estate?
  2. I want to borrow money on property which is in a trust. Can I borrow money on the property or do I have to take the property out of the trust first?
  3. What is the difference between a living trust and a land trust?
  4. If I put property in a trust, is it safe from the claims of creditors?
  5. The decedent and his wife owned property together, but he left his half of the property to his son via a will. Can I buy the decedent’s one-half from the son?
  6. The decedent was behind in his mortgage. Will the probate stop the foreclosure?
